PHASTAR Corp. worked very hard for many years to bring an aerospace and maritime high school to Cleveland, and in July 2017 opened the doors of Davis Aerospace & Maritime ® High School (Davis A&M) for its inaugural 9th grade class of roughly 60 students. Davis A&M is a unique partnership between PHASTAR and the Cleveland Metropolitan School District. CMSD provides the core curriculum, while PHASTAR brings in the specialized aerospace and maritime curriculum and learning opportunities for students. 10th grade will be added for the 2018-2019 school year, 11th grade in 2019-2020, and 12th grade in 2020-2021, at which point the school will offer a full 9th through 12th grade curriculum. Being the ONLY aerospace AND maritime high school in the state of Ohio and the country, Davis A&M is a unique attraction in public education. The school has generated a lot of interest and has met or surpassed all of its goals for the first year of operation.
Community Paramedicine is a division of PHASTAR Corp. that falls under the organization’s Public Health & Safety Mission.
